YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.
We hope you are satisfied with our products! We will always try to take care of our customers - handling all situations fairly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please call us at (214) 390-1888 or email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item(s), we will do our best to correct the issue as soon as we can.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Enter your email address or order number ans zip code in the box above to Start A Return. Once you enter your email address, a link will be sent guiding you to your Order History. Once there, please select the eligible items you would like to return. Once you complete the returns process a Packing Slip + Prepaid USPS Return label will be emailed to you. Simply, print the label out and send your package back! Please included all items in the same package.
Please include packing slip for your return along with the items approved. Items not approved will be sent back at your expense.
- KARLIE offers refunds to your original form of payment for eligible returns within 30 days of the shipment date.
- A flat rate of $8.00 will be deducted from your credit to cover shipping charges.
- ITEMS IN SALE SECTION, BAGS, and JEWELRY are FINAL SALE. These items will not be approved for return.
- All returns must be received by the KARLIE Returns Department within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt or cannot be returned. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix the issue as soon as we can.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, un-altered and smoke-free.
- Original tags MUST be attached.
- Please include original invoice in return shipment.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stain will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- The Karlie Returns Department reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and make changes to this policy without notice.
- Karlie does NOT refund original shipping charges.
- Karlie is NOT responsible for returned items that are lost on their journey back to us.
RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
-Once the Return is delivered to our Warehouse, it usually takes 4-7 business days for us to process. You will be notified by email with your refund details.
-Please keep tracking for your records.
